Sheet is hinged to backing board on upper right and left corners verso; localized areas of small brown stains scattered throughout; two pinpoint foxing stains in upper right corner; small area of lighter discoloration in upper right edge, around inscription; two tape remnants on left edge verso; lower right corner has been repaired with a fill.
